Service Description

An assessment of your current mental, emotional and physical wellbeing is paramount. As a former Clinical Director in substance abuse and mental health, I have learned that it is important to assess our current state of mental and emotional health first if we intend to perform any of our daily tasks. PERIOD!

Cancellation Policy

Clients will be given a 5 minute log in grace period to login for their session. If a client who is scheduled for a session does not login within the 5 minute period and does not call or email to communicate they are experiencing technical difficulties, the session will be cancelled.
